    Had dealings with this agency as I was trying to lease a commercial property off them. Their service was unprofessional and when I tried to get a contact for the principle of the business (as I was unhappy with the service) the receptionist told me that she 'prints off his emails and gives them to him" The email correspondence from the property manager was next to nothing and when an email came through it was mostly 3-5 words long. Have been in touch with another real estate agency in Katoomba and I couldn't have had a more different, professional and well mannered team. I would recommend avoiding this agency at all costs.
